Step 1
DOWNLOAD APPLICATION
Download the Free Javaloader application for Blackberry phones from the link mentioned in the resources section of this article. After downloading, Unzip the contents of the file into a folder of your choice, say JAVALOADER. Double click on the Install.cmd file to install the application. You may follow this procedure through Command line interface. -
Step 2
VERIFY INSTALLATION
Go to Command Prompt through Start >> Run >> type cmd and press enter. In the command window, type "javaloader" without quotes as shown in the picture. Some messages similar to those shown in the picture will be printed on the screen. This means the application is installed properly. If this does not work, then Right-Click on "My Computer" from your desktop and select "Properties" and go to "Advanced" tab. In the "Environment Variables", add your javaloader folder path in the "Path" variable. -
Step 3
CAPTURE SCREEN
Now the important part of this article, i.e. Blackberry phone's Screen Capture is in fact an easy process. Go to the command prompt through Start >> Run >> type cmd and press Enter. Type the following command as shown in the adjacent picture:
javaloader -u screenshot abc.bmp
Press Enter. This will capture the Screen from your Blackberry mobile device and save it as an image file, abc.bmp in the current working directory. -
Step 4
CONVERT IMAGE TO JPG
This application only captures screen shots and saves them in BMP image format. It may be necessary to convert the captured Screen Shot to JPG image. Open the captured BMP image file in the "Paint" application in Windows XP or Windows Vista and Save it as a JPG Image.
