Hi, I'm Dianne Weisman and on behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how we can make the ultimate holiday turkey. You are going to whisk the glazed mixture for 2 minutes until it boils over medium-high heat. Then, you are going to take 1 tablespoon of brown sage, fresh sage, any which way you want to do it, but 1 tablespoon of sage and mix it in and a little salt for taste. Remove from the heat and let it cool. Now, the turkey is done and we are going to do the glazing with the orange tangerine glaze we made. We will take it out of the oven and remove the foil. We are going to spoon our orange tangerine glaze and put it back in the oven for 400 degrees for 10 minutes. We are going to do this twice -- we are going to raise the temperature to 400 degrees and put it back in the oven with the glaze and in 10 minutes we will bring it out again. We will repeat the process for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Then, the turkey will be done. Bon Appetit.
