Hi, I'm Diane Weisman, and I'm Greg Weisman and on behalf of Expert Village, we're
going to show you how to make the ultimate stuffing, turkey, and gravy. So stay tuned. Hi, I'm
Diane Weisman, and on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to show you how to make the ultimate
holiday turkey. It's wonderful. We have our turkey here, we have our ingredients for the turkey, and
we have our ingredients for the glaze. It's a wonderful citrus glaze from citrus that we squeezed our
self on an earlier video. And wonderful, luscious gravy. Hey, do you know why a turkey coop only
has two doors?. Because if it had four doors, it would be called a turkey sedan. Okay, on with the
ingredients. We have salt and pepper. We need vegetable oil, but I like to use butter because it's a
special occasion that's only a few times a year, and it's a holiday. Nobody really cares. We have two
quarts of free range organic chicken broth. We have one medium onion, coarsely chopped; one
medium carrot, coarsely chopped; one rib of celery, coarsely chopped; and one half cup of flour.
These are the ingredients for our glaze: we need two tablespoons of cornstarch, and one tablespoon
of fresh ginger; one tablespoon of light brown sugar, one tablespoon of fresh sage that I grew in my
own garden, and three cups and three tablespoons of fresh squeezed orange juice; and for the gravy,
the turkey neck.
