"Welcome to Expert Village. I'm Gretchen Soares and today we're going to do How to Shop for a Baby Shower Gift. A really traditional standard gift would be a baby blanket. But a fun twist on it is to find a store that carries handmade blankets. Some of the great options that this store carries in handmade baby blankets are these beautiful crocheted ones. They come in all different colors and they're hand crocheted. They also carry these great fleece blankets. This is a really fun size for a stroller or an infant carrier or something along that line. And these are really good because of the textured fringes on the sides, really good for the babies as they develop. They also carry the same kind of blanket in a little bit bigger size, if you wanted to get them a blanket that would last a little longer. This is a great size. And another fun blanket that they carry here are what are called rag blankets. Very great, lots of texture, very good for the baby, very warm, two layers of flannel and just plain cute. A gift along this line is going to run anywhere from twenty to seventy-five dollars."
