Instructions
  1. Step 1

    For your first step, organise and get together the materials listed in the previous article, "What You'll Need"
    These are again:
    1. A daily companion Notebook and Pencil
    2. A daily companion Smiley-Face picture
    3. The most Inspirational and Motivational music to you, the kind that makes you "Feel Good Inside" Music on Ipod, MP3 player, Music DVD etc..
    4. Any compact music player such as Ipod, MP3, etc...

  2. Step 2

    Prior to starting this program, You'll need to make a list of Affirmative Messages. You may end up with many.
    Some will be very relative, so shorten it down to have any one word that represents a theme.
    You should have a very strong list of about 15-20 powerful Messages.
    Between each Affirmative Message, add Thank You.
    In Text (Upper-Case/Lower-Case), your words should look like this,
    I AM POWERFUL! (All upper-case)
    Thank You (First letter of each word should be Upper-Case)
    Make copies for every room or area (eg. Bedroom, bathroom, car, etc..), that you may frequent in your daily activities and stick them up.
    Put one copy near your bed.

  3. Step 3

    Day 1: When you Rise From Your Sleep, SHINE! :)
    Read out your Affirmative messages aloud.
    Repeat over 6 times, with each time over, try to capture the emotion of how you should feel to each message.
    I know it is the morning, and this being the first thing you have to do may be a bit odd or hard, but this is the perfect time to tap into and train your emotions to release positive hormones.
    Over a very short time this exercise will become very easy and fun :)

  4. Step 4

    As you enter each room in your home as you prepare yourself for your day, there should be visiable on the wall, fridge, etc. your list of all your Affirmative messages. Continue to look at them and read them aloud once or twice as you continue to get yourself ready.
    When you are ready to leave home, stand at your front door entry to your home before you close the door behind you and say out aloud your Affirmative messages, Proclaim it to the World!! Say it with an "Attitude" (Don't worry about your nieghbors, just give them a wave and a smile! :))
    Close the door behind you and make your way to your car or other means of how you get to work.

  5. Step 5

    As you enter and get ready your car for your journey to work, PLAY your most Inspirational Motivational music and start saying out aloud again your Affirmative messages, again try to capture the emotions with each message you read aloud, it will be easier, more fun and uplifting because of your music.
    If you commute to work via Public Transport, play your music in your music player and Think-Say out aloud your Affirmative messages.
    You will wonder why so many people are looking your way with smiles on their faces, it's because you will never stop smiling once in the "Zone" of Positive Energies! :)
    I'm even getting EXCITED writing this article :) :)

  6. Step 6

    Throughout your day, whenever you get the chance, put on your head phones to your music player and play your Inspirational Motivational music, and again, Think-Say your Affirmative Messages out aloud.
    Even at times when you can't put on your head phones to your music player, just Think-Say out aloud your Affirmative messages, Your work colleagues will be asking you "You're always smiling, what are you smiling at?" :)

  7. Step 7

    Every day just repeat the process, it will all become very easy, and eventually you will be able to say your Affirmative messages off memory.
    For however long you will require yourself to follow these steps, change your music every month just to spice it up some more, but do not change the order of your Affirmative Messages.

  8. Step 8

    POSITIVE, POSITIVE, POSITIVE!
    This is the KEY to the success of your training.
    Stay positive and always surround yourself in/with positive people and things.
    It may seem challenging at times to always stay positive because the world is full of negative people and things, but, should your positive energy shield become under-attack from any negative energy, just pull out your music player and play your Inspirational Motivational music and SING, and say out aloud your affirmative messages.
    You will rise above all things negative.

  9. Step 9

    Keep your Smiley Face close, pull it out and look at it every now and then, it will remind you to smile! :)
    Use your note book to note all your daily achievements, even note how you feel throughout your day.
    Even start to note your Intentions of Achievements for every day.
    Put up other Smiley Faces in every room as well, put up a BIG Smiley Face at you desk at work :)
    Make Smiley Face your Best Friend and he/she will never stop smiling! :) :) :)
