"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Teresa Cassese Aubel, and I teach at Once Upon a Time. And we're here in New York City learning ballet for kids. Look at the fingers. Go up and we arch a little bit and go over, and then we come up. It's just not a bend like this. Ok, you go out, you go up, and then pull up so high and we go over. That's our stretch. That's one of our stretches. When we stretch, let's try Charles for this next one. Go to the side, come up, go over to the side, now go down, drop your head, and go to that corner and go back, and around."
