"Climbing the pole is fairly basic there are many ways to do it and the best way that I found is this. I will go over how to do that. First of all to get up on the pole I make a X with my leg and the pole. So this is one leg of the X, my leg make the other leg of the X. Secondly this part of my foot goes up against the pole, this is why I like to wear plastic shoes so I can have a little bit more grip cause as you can see the plastic sticks to that pole and it gives me a lot of leverage. Second/third my knees is going to act like a vice actually my knee and my foot acts like a vice. This knee is going to push in as that foot pushes in as well. High arm, low arm and pull yourself right up and you just continue this as high up as you like to go up on the pole."
