"Hi my name is Nancy Hoffmann-Allison, I'm with Allison's Events in Austin, Texas. We are a full service wedding planning and coordinating company. My colleague Michelle Bromley is here with me to help demonstrate the project today as we are going to be connecting pew bows to pews, and we are going to show you how to do it if you happen to have chairs, and you are at an outdoor event. You might always be in a church where you have a pew, but you want that same look and feel that you would have in a church. So the first bow that we want to show you is this white sheer fabric bow that we are going to tie onto this chair, and once we have it tied we are going to add some flowers. Now if you are on a tight budget you might want to only tie flowers on your bow on the first few pew or first few chairs, and leave all the rest plain. If you have an unlimited amount of budget for your flowers you would be welcome to put it on every single chair, and every single pew if that was what you wanted, and that was the look. You can add as many long pieces of ribbon as you would like for your bow, and there you have beautiful elegant, there you go. And then the next bow that she is going to demonstrate for us this is a bow that has been made out of satin ribbon. And she is simply going to attach it to this chair. And now if you were in a church, and they have pews then you are going to want to get pew clips, because you don't want to damage the furniture. That is real important some churches take a deposit you don't want to lose your deposit. So here we are going to add the clip, and we are going to clip it onto the chair or pew depending on where you are for your wedding ceremony. Now you can place your bows anywhere you would like. Typically the first few rows at the front of the church on both sides will get a bow at the end, and that signifies where the family sits. There are some people who like to go more elaborate, and decorate every single pew or every single chair. So again it is up to you, it is up to your budget, and it is up to the time limits that you have. You also need to look at what your contract says as far as how much time do you have to decorate. If you only have one hour then obviously you cannot do every single chair if the time does not allow it. So Michelle has attached the bow to this chair as another example, and if you wanted to you could do each chair down this row. She is connecting this with a wire rather than the pew clip that we were talking about earlier. And there you go."
