"Hi I'm Robin with Images of Austin here in Austin, Texas. Visit us on the web at imagesofaustin.com. Hi okay today I'm going to show you how to frame a collage frame. A collage frame usually has multiple windows for multiple images. A lot of times people use family photographs and such. Now you want to have a frame fit to the size of your mat that has all the holes and your glass fits into your frame and get started. The first thing we want to do is we want to attach the pictures into the mat and you can do that with some tape. Another way you can do this is to put the tape on the back of the picture like so and then you can take your mat and put it over the picture and see that the picture is straight in the opening of the mat. So we have all of our pictures in there. Okay so this is our wall cutter and I'm going to cut the backing on it. Now I'm going to put this behind here to support the pictures and then I'm going to clean the glass with my trusty window cleaner, both sides. Now I'm going to lay our mat over the top of the glass. I like to take a nice brush and dust off the piece real good before I flip it over and also the glass. Now I'm going to check to make sure that it is nice and clean. I don't see any dust. We are going to put our frame over our glass and turn it over. I like to just put in a few nails first. Now we're looking good. Now you can finish putting the nails in. Try and put you know a nail or two every four inches, three or four inches. Now all we have to do now is put the dust cover on. We're going to use double stick tape this time to wrap around the outside edge of the frame. O'kay now I've got our dust cover paper. We want to lay it down, smooth it out. Now we're going to trim off the excess. Alright dust cover is intact. We want to figure out where the top of the frame is and put another saw tooth in, find the center of the backing of your frame which will be 6 and 1/4. Alright this piece has been framed. This is how you do a collage frame. As you can see you have got three pictures and that is how you are going to hang it on the back. My name is Robin Doerr. If you can't come to me as your framer, please find someone that's good and when you hang it on the wall don't forget to get it straight. You all have a great day. Thanks. Bye bye."
