"Hi, I'm David Dubail, owner of Dubail Fitness Institute in Miami, Florida. In this clip I'm going to show you some chair exercises for the abs. One of the easiest things you can do and you can do this anywhere; you can do this at your house, you can do this in your office; either the day or maybe during a lunch break. You sit right on the edge of your chair, make sure it's a firm chair; okay, not of those wibble, wobble ones and your head over your heels. You're going to come up, tilt back and just pull your lower abs in, this is really good for the low abs. You want to exhale, pull it in and crunch at the same time. And you're going to want to do about twenty to twenty five reps, depending on where, where you are with your conditioning program. Another variation of that which I like a lot is coming here and just straight-legged lay ups, really hits the lower abs really really well. Then from there, you can always go right to the floor. This is a great safe way to do a good crunch. You're going to hit, try to make a ninety degree angle; feet up; exhale and try to bring your elbow right to your legs. If you can't make it that far that's fine. If you only can come up to here, that's fine; but eventually you hit the full squeeze and you're bringing up right up, right up to the leg. It works out great. Another thing you can do for your abs on the chair is when you're on your back; you actually just going to lift your hips up and crunch at the same time; it will get your lower abs in, your upper abs. So a little, a little like this. So it actually, you're going to press on the chair with your feet, exhale and just squeeze the abs up. Once again this is David Dubail, thanks for watching."
