"Hi I'm David Dubail owner of Dubail Fitness Institute in Miami, Florida. In this clip I am going to show you how to use exercise bands. Exercise bands can be picked up anywhere, at any store, you can order them on the internet, pretty much anywhere. Any sporting goods store will have it for you. Ok and there's always different levels. So they'll have beginner, medium and they are usually different colors and they have advanced. The more advanced the more resistance you are going to get. Now these can be hooked up, really anywhere. You can start with just stepping on it and hitting a bicep curl. Really you can train the whole body on these. This is how you would perform a squat. You would put both feet in it, hold it up like it's the bars on your shoulders and just squat straight up and down. You can go into a shoulder press. Down. And the other thing you can do other then just standing on it to resist it, is really hook it up to any solid stationary object. Ok it has to be fully grounded and it's not going to move. Bam you can hit back, you spin around you can work pecs. It's great if you travel a lot, you can break it out in the hotel room, you really get a good work out. I just hit presses and mix it up. But really it's invaluable and you can really do anything you want with the bands, it's a great exercise piece. Once again it's been David Dubail thanks for watching."
