"Hi I'm David Dubail owner of Dubail Fitness Institute in Miami, Florida. In this clip I am going to show you how to do Hindu squats. They are great for conditioning and they work the whole leg, it's a great exercise. Ok the first thing you want to do is about shoulder width apart ok or hip apart. Your arms are going to come up, they are going to come back and then they are going to rotate. You'll see what I mean when this whole thing goes through. So you are going to drop, this is slow motion. Come down and you'll come back up. So the weight is going to shift to the toes all the weight is going to get right on the quads and you are going to drive up. You need the arm actions so that I come down and then come up like this. Ok with the Hindu squat the motion is perfect for either conditioning with your heart rate getting up so you are going to burn a lot of calories. You are looking to do anywhere from three sets to twenty and you are going to want to rest about anywhere from a minute to thirty seconds depending on your conditioning level. Ok again you are going to want to bring the arms back and rotate it back. So let me show you one more time. You are going to drop down, shift the weight come back. All the weight goes to the toes and then it comes back. You need to fire back to get flat footed. So it's all on the quads. I can tell I am getting my heart rate up. You can pick up the pace. Alright once again it's been David Dubail, thanks for watching."
