"Hi, I'm Jan. Today I'm going to show you how to add a crochet border to a knitted blanket. Sometimes the edges of your blankets just need a little bit of finishing or you'd like to add a little color or just another little touch to the blanket. You pick up the crochet hook and you always work from the right side, the public, the smooth side may be facing you. Put your crochet hook in, grab your yarn, pull it through, just create a little crochet border all the way around. Very simple technique. You can either make it just a simple single crochet or you can get fancy, do a crab stitch, a shell stitch, there's lots of different things you can do. That's how you'd add a crochet border to a knitted blanket."
