"This is Chris Fernandez here with Coran Moen at Flash Academy here in Salt Lake, Utah. We're here to talk about how to become a fast moving and swinging boxer. That's a very important with boxing. You know, people just think it's about hitting someone, knocking them out, but also it's about mixing the offense with defense and moving at the same time but whether under attack or you're actually moving away. And so what we'll basically going to do is that I'm going to move and Coran is going to be the aggressor so I'm on my toes; so he's cutting me off. So switch back around this way; I use my feet as much as I use my hands. Next thing we're going to talk to you about swinging as long as moving to and so when I moving, I'm swinging at the same time, I'm jabbing. I'm moving away, swinging myself up while I'm mixing offense and defense at the same. So come to conclusion of that, you definitely want to be able to, to build a throw and move at the same time. If you become a swinging and moving fighter, you become a dangerous fighter. Those are the ones that nobody wants to fight and so it's just a matter of keep your hands, keep moving, keep working hard."
