How to Install a Speed Bag

"This is Chris Fernandez here with Corromic Moen at Flash Academy here in Salt Lake City, Utah here to talk about how to install a speed bag. It's actually pretty simple which are pretty much ready to go when you get it on a package. All you basically have to do is set it up to where. You want to make sure you have that's adjustable 'cause you can move it up or down base on your height. Once you get it installed, you want to make sure the bag is actually about head, about head height and so, you don't want to be too low like for myself this is actually too low. You want to raise it up a little bit just so I can get some extension when I'm hitting it on my shoulders. Okay, basically you want, want to make sure that you have it securely mounted against the wall. Like I said, it comes in with your brackets of your mounts and everything; so you want to make sure it's securely mounted in. Here in our case we actually have a forty five pound dumbbell on top of this to make sure that it stays to when you hit it, it doesn't rattle, it doesn't move or bounce up and down which is unsecured and unsafe. So you want to make sure that it's, is nice and strong and firm; you do hit it, it's not going anywhere."
