"Rose hips are the seed pods from a rose bush. And they are a great source of vitamin C. You can make some rose hip oil by taking dried like I have, rose hips off of your rose bush. They are big and round, kind of like a red button or the fresh ones after the blooms have gone by. And pack a jar full of them, a dark jar works best because it doesn't break down the sunlight, the sunlight doesn't break down the oil. And fill the jar with any kind of oil even something like vegetable oil from your store until the jar is packed full and tight and there you have your rose hip oil that you can use as a carrier oil for other aromatherapy products, bath oils, bath salts, and dusting powders. And that's how you make rose hip oil."
