"Well if you have a young members in your family, I have two daughters. I've had to get them in to practice cars so one of the big benefits is you get to see the trade ins while they are still warm. And a lot of the cars get sold before they ever hit the lot. And you really get a chance to see that new product. We can't always go out and buy the newest car that's being made but that doesn't mean we can't test drive one at lunch time. So we can live vicariously. So it's like a kid working at a candy store. It's always great to be able to have a break in your routine. Everyday is a new set of circumstances, you meet new people. You work with different guys and it's just a awesome opportunity to get out and have the fresh air and have fun. I think there is a certain satisfaction and excitement with every deal that you close and you are in the business because you like people much more then you like cars. And you get to meet a lot of nice people and establish long term relationships with your customers."
