Well perhaps most of all the last few years of travel have probably convinced a lot of people that they need someone who is on their side. You need someone to call when there are problems or delays or glitches. So instead of just being on hold to the airline, or in a long line at the counter, or not knowing who to call because you bought your ticket from some online company. How about you have a real live person to call who knows you. We value your relationship, we know you, we will be glad to help you. Our services are before you go, and while you are traveling. We can help you differentiate between what sounds great, and what is great. Very often people tell me that there is just an overwhelming amount of information out there on the web, and they don't have any way to make judgments as to what is real and what is not. We can help do that. We deal with consortium's and wholesalers that often have discounted prices or very good prices for hotel rooms or other things. And with hotels rooms for example, often those people because of their volume will get better rooms for their clients than some online agency might.
