"Hello, my name is Paul Morris. I'm a professional photographer here in Miami, Florida. In this clip, I'm going to give you some camera lens basics. The first one would be cleaning the lens. When you get your lens, make sure that you also order a UV filter along with the lens. That will protect the actual glass of the lens, and if something where to happen, where you would drop it or something would fall on the lens, it would affect the filter, not your lens, which is much more costly to replace. So, the first thing you want to do is, you want to blow of the lens with a blow-off device, to get any large particles off the lens. You then want to take a professional quality lens cleaning cloth, that you can buy at most camera stores or order them online, and I usually like to start from the middle and just work my way out, and clean off any water spots or whatever might be on the lens. You have to be careful that there's no grit on the lens to scratch the lens. The next tip is how to put a lens on your camera. Most cameras have a bayonet mount today, like that. You have to line up... there's usually a mark on the camera lens and a mark on the camera, and you line the two up, and you turn the lens and it'll click firmly into place. Tip number three is how to put a filter on the lens. All lenses come with a particular size. This one is 72mm filter screw mount. This filter is 72mm screw mount. You put it on the lens, line it up, and you screw it into place, and you're done. Once again, this has been Paul Morris in Miami, Florida. Thank you for watching!"
