"Hi, my name is Tim Duke with Premier Detailing and I'm going to show you how to polish tarnished aluminum parts. What we have here is some alloy wheels, it's not all aluminum, but it's the same sort of process that you would go about. You're going to want to start with a citrus based degreaser, and you just kind of spray it all over and get most of the brake dust off. Just wipe it real good with a sponge, a blue non scratch sponge. Now that you got most of the, most of the dirt and grime off. Now what you can't get with that, you can go over with a little multi purpose brush or a small old used toothbrush, it's the same sort of thing. Just gets in the cracks and saves a lot of time and energy on your part. Now when you're done with that, you just buff it all off. And if you haven't reached the desired polish that you were looking for, you can continue on with an aluminum polishing compound. You just want to put a little bit on it and kind of, just go over the spot that you need, then buff it off with a clean part of the towel. And that's how you polish tarnished aluminum."
