Summary: Water spots on car windows can be removed with high-quality window cleaners that can be applied liberally. Use a clean towel for the final polish of a car's windows with help from the owner of a car detailing business in this free video on auto detailing and water spots.
"Hi, I'm Tim Duke with Premier Detailing located here in Orem, Utah and I'm going to show you how to remove water spots. It's good to start with a high quality window cleaner, what we use is invisible glass by Stoner, you can get it at AutoZone, any place like that. You just want to apply it liberally, just make sure there is a lot on there. And just kind of buff over it. Make sure you get it real good. What I like about this stuff is it turns into a foam so you can see where you've sprayed, just go over the whole window real good and then makes you want to flip to a clean side of the towel for your final polish over to remove any haze or anything like that that's going to be left on there. And so once you've done that you can take a look, and we've removed all the water spots on this side of the window. If there's still further water spots you can try a little bit of vinegar diluted with water, and or just some distilled water will usually work as well. And then you can just kind of use the same process of just wiping over it and then getting a clean side of the towel to buff over it when you're done and then you should be left with a nice, clean window."
