"Hi, this is Chris Bradford from Mad Dog Cycles in Orem, Utah. Today I'm going to be talking a little bit about how to learn how to bunny hop on your BMX bike. You would have to do this in a couple of different stages. So you're going to want to start by learning how to get your front tire up over objects. You do that by giving your weight as far back on your, on your bike as you can and pulling up on the bars so your front tire lifts off the ground and over the object. Then once you get your front tire over the object, you're going to want to learn how to get your rear tire over it. To do that, you lean your weight all the way forward and you scoop with your feet. Alright. If you would try to imagine, trying to get your seat up your rear end, that's kind of the motion you want to try. So just practice that a little bit to get started. Once you get those two motions down, you're going to want to put them together. So you're going to want to do them both really fast; so you get both of your wheels off the ground at the same time. So your hands will make like a J motion and your weight will go from back to forward to help get the bike up into the air."
