"Hi, this is Chris Bradford from Mad Dog Cycles in Orem, Utah. Today I'll be demonstrating how to do a 180 of a quarter pipe. The best tip for this trick is as you come up onto the quarter pipe, you're going to want to turn over whichever shoulder you spin. I spin to my right, so I'm going to turn over my right shoulder and the rest of my body will follow. Then I can spot my landing and land backwards. So now we'll go over how to learn bar spins on flat ground. When we do this, you're going to want to get as far back on the bike as you can and pinch the seat with your knees and then you're going to lean to whatever side you want to spin the bars. I spin to my right, so I'm going to lean the bike to the right and then with my right hand, spin the bars and catch it with my left hand. Make sure to keep your weight back; that will allow the front tire to spin on the ground and if you lose the bars or can't catch it, you can just push the bike forward and jump off the back."
