"Hello, my name is Adonis Valvis, I'm the owner and coach of Good Times Gymnastics located in Flushing, New York. In this clip we'll talk about gymnastic flips, gymnastic flips are very, very important. You have to start with a specific position, which is called the Sit. You have to kick back into a forty five degree and then kick into a hand stand, and flap your feet down, excellent, very good. This is called the round, this is called Back Hand Spring, very good. you have to start it in a specific way and finish it in the same way. This is the first position you start the skill, it's called the Sit position. You kick your hands up into a Back Bridge, into a forty five degree angle, Hand Stand and flap your feet down, and stand up. The next we'll demonstrate will be a Pike Tuck, a very particular movement. You have to tuck your knees down, jump up, land on your feet and stretch tall. Let's go again, one more time, this time I'm going to go a little bit slower. Ready, squat down and over. Another flip we're going to do will be a Front Hand Spring. So then stand into a Hand Stand and land your feet down. We're going to show the Front Spring again, we'll start into a hand, like we're doing, like we're doing a hand stand, we do with our legs. Ready, you hold your hands into a good block right there, and then hands up. This is Adonis, thank you for watching."
