"Hello! My name is Adonis Valvis. I'm the owner and coach of Good Times Gymnastics located in Flushing, New York. Let's talk a little bit about starting a gymnastics routine. Usually, when you start a routine, you already have to have the moves that you're going to do. You put a music together and you try to combine those things in a very nicest foot combination. All the skills, all the skills are done before routine is executed. You have to make sure you have all the skills accomplished before and when the routine starts, you salute to the judge, you go on your apparatus and you start doing the routine. While the routine starts there's no way to stop. You have to finish your 1 minute or it depends how long will be your routine and you will, you have to have specific skills to make the routine competitive. You have to do specific skills like round of back handspring or you have to do or you have to do 4 wall rows cartwheels. Whatever that is, it has to be within the time of the time frame that the routine is happening. Another important is when you do gym routine is how you move on the floor. You have to start a from a specific point and move accordingly to the way the routine go so you'll have plenty of room to do your running, you tumbling and all the skills that require for."
