"Hello my name is Adonis Valvis. I'm the owner and coach of Good Times Gymnastics located in Flushing, New York. In this clip we'll talk about abdominal exercise. Like any other sport, abdominal exercise is very, very important. It will make the student strong, it will make the student stand up, it will build the body which requires from a lot of movement. Here we have some student that would like to demonstrate. We will do one of the exercises called hollow body rocking. That means you keep your hollow position like this and you rock back and forth. As you can see you can see all the muscles in the abdominal right there. You can even do a V hold, hold, you hold it right there, excellent very good and down. Good and let's go up one more time girls. Let's go V up, very good, and down, good. And then we have 90 degree leg kicks. So legs up, good and one more, very nice. Good, one more time, good, excellent very good. And one of the most important things when you work the abdominals is you got to make sure you put a lot of pressure on. When you kick legs up, good, you can see the body squeezing up. When you do your hollow body position it's very important to work your whole body right here. And down and up and rock it. Stay there, excellent very good. Another exercise you can do for the abdominal is when you do the bicycle. Your legs up and you're working your obliques right over here one at a time, very good. You can do repetitions of 10 or 5 or again you want to start doing the bicycle too, good, very good, nice and slow, excellent. Once again this is Adonis Valvis, thank you for watching."
