"Hello my name is Adonis Valvis. I'm the owner and coach of Good Times Gymnastics located in Flushing, New York. In this clip we're going to show you some gymnastics that we use to build a gymnast while we're working. One of the equipments will be the polo horse. This is a men's equipment but who said girls cannot use the equipment? Usually men use this thing, very piece of equipment. It's been used for men and provides upper body strength exercises. Let's go right here, this is a parallel bars another piece of men's equipment. Girls can use it. It's a very strong powerful piece of equipment, you can do all kinds of exercise right here. Straddle over the bars, coaches have to know how to use it, proper marking is very important around the other equipment. Let's go to the rings. Rings. Here we go, another men's piece of equipment. This is very, very important. Upper body strength you can do all kinds of skills and drills. You can do flips, you can do tumbles you can do backward rolls, inverted hangs, all kinds of stuff. The last piece of equipment we have would be the uneven bars. Uneven bars is a set of bar, one is lower than the other, the other one is higher. Gymnasts will move from one bar into another. They use all kinds of techniques to go around, flip over, swinging and always a good landing is very, very important to finish your routine. This is Adonis Valvis from Good Times Gymnastics, thank you for watching."
