"Hi I'm Casey Atkinson from Willie's Driving School here in Logan, Utah. Today we are going to talk about how to study for the written test also known as a permit test. First thing to do is study your state handbook, has all the rules and definitions you'll need for the test. All the questions come directly out of this book. They'll ask you questions about how to deal with pedestrians, bikers, how much room to give them when you pass them. Also you'll see questions about speed limits in certain areas like school zones, neighborhoods, highways. Also be prepared to answer questions about topics such as maneuvers, like parallel parking, straight line backups, hill parks. Also know the traffic laws for your area, what to do at stop signs, yield signs, stop lights. Basically they'll ask you common sense questions about how to be a safe driver. So study your book, read through it a couple of times and get a good night sleep before you go and you'll be fine."
