"Hi! I'm Clark Club, Eckory Real Estate here in Utah and I'm here to talk with you on how to generate real estate leads. That's really the million dollar question in this business. How do I get more business, you know? A lot of times you've hear the term SOI which stands for sphere of influence. Other things that would help you out would be you know, cold calls. I personally really like to call first on Buy Owners and sit around and make a lot of cold calls, people I don't know who are trying to sell their home. There's usually good source of leads. For me, it's as many listings as you can get. The more of your name on a sign in front of someone's house, the easier it is to talk to people, to go around and talk to the neighborhood and say, hey, I just want to let you know I'm selling your neighbor's house, maybe I could help you sell yours as well. One of the common sayings is to list is to last. Well, the goal will be just getting as many listings as possible, pulling as many buyers from those listings as possible and staying in business."
