Video Transcript

"Hi, I'm Steve Neilson, also known as Stevie Slick, with NWA UCW Zero Pro Wrestling. We're going to demonstrate a move called the Banana Split. It's a Greco Roman and folk-style wrestling move that has also been incorporated into some pro wrestling matches. So we have Cassidy and Murdoch here are going to demonstrate, go ahead. Locks the left leg around, pulls him down, stretches him out. It's an extremely excruciatingly painful move. The more pressure that is applied, on your opponent, and you also have a chance of pinning your opponent during this move as well, so your opponent's in jeopardy of getting pinned as well as some, basically enduring significant punishment. The banana split move can be done forward or backward, you can roll which ever way you want, depending on the weight distribution of your opponent. One thing for certain, if you get your opponent in there, he's in for some pretty painful, follow-up on that move, it's not a very comfortable move to be in."
