"Hello! I'm Steve Neilson, Stevie also known as Stevie Slick with NWA UCW Zero in Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm here with Cassidy O'Brian and Dallas Murdock and we're going to demonstrate some of the basic wrestling, what you'd basic wrestling moves I guess you would say. Things you need to know to become a pro wrestler. The first move that we're going to demonstrate is a back bump, it's how you take a fall without breaking your neck and getting in concussion. For doing that, Mr. Murdock if you would. We're going to just take a watch. If you'll notice he hit on the ground, his head is up, his feet are down and he had a solid impact on the ground. Go ahead and get up if you would. If you notice how, when he got up, he put his planted his right elbow, rode to his right knee, planted his left foot, stood up. That's also another basic, as how to get up when you're on the ground so that you're in position to once get engage your opponent. The next move is a flip bump. Jump in the air, flip over, land on your back, once again getting up the right way. The next bump is called a face bump. Basically it's a belly flop on the ground. If you notice, he landed flat on the ground and protecting his face from smashing into the mat. Go ahead and get up. The other basic thing that you need to know as a pro wrestler is how to hit the ropes and run the ropes and when you hit a rope, you go ahead with that rope Cassidy, throw your right arm around the rope, hit your back across the rope, lean into it, keeping your body straight, putting your weight against the rope. Then when you step off and you go to the other side, grab it with your right hand, lean against the rope and do it, that's done can be done fast. Go ahead and speed it up. Okay, that's good, that's just hitting the ropes. That's basically the basics of pro wrestling as far as the bumping and whatever. Then when we start getting into the basic lock up, this is how you engage a match, it's called the collar to elbow lock up. They're going to demonstrate right here where they lock up and you're they prepare to engage to start a match. That's basically the things that we get done and teach people and the very first in have them get those down packs so that they're able to do them smoothly and fluently before moving on to the next steps in pro wrestling. We're going to move on now to a little bit more advanced moves in pro wrestling. The first move that we are going to do is going to be a hip toss. They're going to lock up, move back to the ropes and and proceed with doing a hip toss. Go ahead. That was a hip toss. The next move we are going to do is an arm drag. The next move is a body slam. And the last we're going to demonstrate is a supplex in this section. That's moving up into a little bit more advanced moves and stuff. Now, we're going to do a sequence that incorporates all these very rapidly. Go ahead and just call up and do whatever you want. Supplex. That's all of the basic moves, secondary basic moves put into a sequence as far as how they go."
