The basic circuitry inside the processor that controls the flow of information through a processor. And it varies greatly from architecture to architecture but basically what it will do is it will take the information and process the information for a one inch hard disk form factor that fits into the compact flash or CF, the slot 2 specifically. Microdrive is now used more like a generalized household name for the compact flash but the original trademark was from IBM. And that's what is the microdrive."
