"We used to pull guys from the weight room at N.C. State, because guys are lacking in the cheerleading world. And once a cute girl comes down from upstairs to the weight room and asks them to just come up and hang out and throw me up, try and catch my feet kind of thing, it's interesting. And I think the first 10 to 15 minutes is; it's the attractiveness to the girls and all that stuff, but then after that, they become really competitive and want to get better and be better than the next guy that we pulled up from the weight room. And it's a really interesting effect that way. For girls, you might have a friend that did it, their mom did it, their mom wants them to do it. It gets really interesting. Or they've been taking gymnastics for a really long time, and gymnastics is really time-involved. And they want to do something that collectively enhances their ability to do gymnastics but not do it every day, 24-7. Personality-wise, it depends, because we've had some amazing, there's, you know when you're flying and you're in the air, personality plays a huge part, because a lot of the sports comes from showmanship. And how at that where there's five people or four people underneath you and you're the only one portraying for 10 to 30 seconds, that's a big part of the score. And so if you're not able to show excitement on your face, then that becomes a problem. As a base, it's not as important, because half of the routine you're stuck looking up at your flyer's foot. So it gets pretty interesting, but personality, to the coach-wise, just the ability to try and be challenged, and never say no to any type of thing, and trust us in our decisions when we think you're ready to try a new skill, that you actually take the initiative and try."
