"I'm Joe Dunlop. I am a consultant and an adjunct Professor at Stevens Henegars College and today I have been asked to talk about the benefits of open office cubicles. Now in an office you have four walls and you have tendency to be isolated from other people. It is also expensive for the employer to build those individual offices because they do contain a lot more materials. Now in an open office cubicle you can rearrange those any way that is necessary to increase the efficiency of the office in the way that you can also have additional interaction between your employees and how that they will interact with each other. It also provides an easier way to light and also less cost to the employer. In this way those open office cubicles will provide a better environment, easier heating and cooling. It will also provide a better social environment for those employees that are located in those cubicles so as you can see an open cubicle is a way that will enhance the profitability of a company and yet will also maintain a social atmosphere for the employees."
