"What does it mean when you get on a weight scale? You got on a weight scale, you stand on it and you look at the weight. What does that weight mean? I mean everybody's different sizes, different heights, different weights. I get on the scale and it says I'm 265. Am I fat? Am I skinny? Am I the right weight? Well, that all depends, you know. I'm 6 foot 8 so therefore 265 pounds a man with a lot of muscle mass, that can be good. Because people focus on the weight instead of focusing on what they look like, their figure. Typically, fat, 10 pounds of fat might be this big, with 10 pounds of muscle is this big. So, therefore I look leaner yet I can be heavier than some of that looks, that looks fatter than me but I could actually weigh more than that. So, they are going to be a might best body mass index that you can look at and it gives you an idea of where you should be at based on your height to your weight. But that risks you because if you're body builder, you're going to have more muscles , so you're going to be heavier than that BMI. Body mass index is basically taking your height into account as well as your sex, a man or a woman, and your height and it's giving you what the idea weight you should be within a certain percentage that you would want to be in. Obviously, if you're working and you had more muscle mass on you, you'd be a little above that BMI. If you didn't work out at all and you're very sedentary type person, you might a little bit should be a little bit lower than that BMI. So, it's just really a kind of a gauge to see where you're at. That's it."
