"Hi! There's a couple of ways to prevent Charlie Horses or muscle cramps is, the first way is to stretch the muscle, you want to stretch the muscle besides being well hydrated so you should be doing a calf stretch, the gastrocnemius calf stretch. So, she's got her foot, she's stretching this muscle right here. Now, the second stretch would be the solio stretch which is going to bend at the knee. Come up a little bit. Move your foot up a little bit. No, no, move your foot up a little bit. Bring it up here. And now, bend the knee and stretch. So, now this is another part of the calf master called the solio stretch, alright? The bending of this knee here since the solios comes up above the knee, it helps get that stretch in the solios area. And it, by holding for a minimum of 30 seconds, you're going to get a lengthening there and it's going to help the muscle from, keep the muscle from cramping."
