"I'm William Perkinson and I want to talk to you today about how high to hang a toilet paper dispenser. We're replacing this one today and we want to make sure that it's in the proper height and most people will tell you that a toilet paper dispenser should be twenty four to thirty inches off the floor. Any lower than twenty four, it's going to be in the way and any higher, it's going to be hard to reach but since we're replacing one, lets measure this one. It's about twenty five and a half. That's within our acceptable range and we see it was in bad shape but we will get the proper tools. we need a screwdriver to loosen this the lid off. We can do it by hand but anyhow now we need to take down these measurements and make sure that our other tool paper dispenser is on about the right spot which I think it will be. These things are pretty sturdy when they're put in properly. This one obviously had a little wear and tear but if we get this one in securely it should give them years of good service. Alright, we have to have a backing plate which this one comes with hopefully we will go right back in the same hole same screws. Oh, good job this is going to go up easy, easy. Get my screwdriver. Change my ratchet good job. Alright, now the new one goes on with a Allen wrench which is provided by the company and lets see. We'll pre-tighten it a little bit alright and these more contemporary toilet paper holders. This one has just one arm. So, we want to make sure that it's level. We can pretty much do that by eyeballing tightening up this last little Allen screw and we'll be in good shape. Oh, that's so good. Alright, it's in. It's secure. Lets measure. The new is the same as the old but you should be at twenty five and a half inches. I'm William Perkinson and that's how high to hang to install a toilet paper dispenser."
