"You may be considering applying for a new job and before doing so, you are concerned with what may or may not be in your criminal records from your much-younger days. Hello, I'm Robert Todd, and I'm here to answer the question: How do I look up my criminal records? Well, the first place to begin would be to see if your state has a criminal database on the Internet that is simply accessible like...to someone like yourself by simply putting in your social security number, your date of birth, or other identifying data. If not, you may want to consider going to the local courthouse in the county and state in which you believe you may have committed a crime and accessing those records. Those records are available to anyone and everyone, and you can simply go to the area where the records are located and ask to see them and they will be made available to you. That's probably the simplest way. I'm Robert Todd, and thank you for watching."
