"You may have created a piece of art, a painting, a drawing and have decided that you're going to make copies of that and to make this more collectible and more desirable for your clientele, you've heard that doing a certificate of authenticity will be beneficial to your clientele and perhaps allure to the benefit and value of the artwork itself. Hello! I'm Robert Todd and I'm here to discuss the question, how to create a certificate of authenticity? It may be interesting to note that there really is no legal requirement for a certificate of authenticity and how it is made or created. But generally speaking, certificates of authenticity incre, include putting some type of registry ID or certificate number on the certificate of authenticity. Including in that certificate of authenticity, the title of the work, the name of the artist, the number of the print on the item versus the total number of prints of that item, the type of print medium and the date it was created, and then of course, the artist's signature. I'm Robert Todd and thank you for watching."
