"This goes back to having or being able to be creative with your resume. It is your resume essentially and you can cater it towards yourself to cater your story, tell who you are. You do want to use action verbs in your resume. There are lots of ways that you can go about learning what word is going to work best. One thing that I like to do and I kind of consider this cheating but then again it's really not. One thing Iike to do is if you are on Microsoft Word and you are typing up your resume or if you are on any computer software program Word is the more prevalent one. What you want to do is format your resume and once you have completed your resume you can go back to the work experience section or the section where you find bulleted text and you can right click on those words and go to the synonym section and look for those bigger action words to help you reword your entire sentence so it is going to sound, it is going to pop a little bit more than a dull I ran to the store type sentence and you want to that and there are lots of other avenues that you could take to help secure that or to help pop those sentences. There are lists, there are all kinds of lists, local career offices on the Internet. The action verb list is not hard at all to obtain and essentially it starts from A to Z and it just lists common words that are just great to include to your resume so substituting common everyday talk with bigger action verbs is going to just spice up your resume that much more and make you seem that much more professional and again it is going to emphasize attention to detail and being organized which is something that you want to convey to the organization."
