"Well some of the ways I would go about taking my home or one of my properties and getting it rented would be the Internet, obviously. Sites such as Craigslist is an excellent site. It's free to you and it works great. Many people are aware of Craigslist and many people go there for rentals. If you do use Craigslist or any Internet site, it's a very important that you use keywords. A lot of keywords in your description of your property and also, pictures. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Interior pictures and exterior pictures. So that would be one key way to rent your property. Another way is to look at venues in your area, your location, for example, a college. Colleges tend to have departments called "off campus housing departments." They actually create lists for landlords. You probably want to call the college and get on that list. The college may actually send somebody out to your property to make sure it's up to code, and then they would approve your property and put you on that list. Another thing you could do is use your local newspaper, your local Penny Saver, if it exists. You can also use bulletin boards in your local grocery stores. You can put your property up there for rent, so those are really good venues to use to rent your property out. They're all pretty much effective. I've think that you would finding that the Internet is more effective than anything these days. Five years ago, it would've definitely been your local newspapers, but it's really becoming more popular to rent your properties on the Internet, so those would be the venues that that I would use and they are the ones that I do use."
