"When you're looking at choosing a career, you need to think about your interests, your subject areas that you are stronger at than others, your skills, what things come naturally for you, what things you're good at. You also need to think about your weaknesses, if you're not good at math, then naturally you don't want to be an engineer. You need to think about all of that and take it into consideration when you're looking at things that you could possibly do and make a career at. The next thing I would recommend is going and talking with someone, talking with a counselor, looking at the possibilities, working with a career counselor on possibly taking a career assessment to what it does is it will look at your personality, your interests, your values, your personal values, your skills and match you up with jobs you would be well suited off, well suited for based off of those things. And then from there, it can kind of narrow down for you some areas that that would be good areas for you to look into. Maybe do a little more research on your own. Talk with people in these fields. Look at the amount of schooling and amount of time and training that goes into these careers, whether it be a career that's increasing, decreasing, you know, the average amount of money that you can make in these fields, what part of the United States you need to live in to work in these areas, different things that will effect you when you graduate with this particular degree and you're out in the workforce that would impact you with this particular career."
