"If you are looking at doing a career change, I think you do need to look at the things that, what your strengths are and finding a job that works with your strengths, I think you need to look at what your expectations are out of a new job, what you hope to achieve, what you are working towards doing with a new job. Are you changing jobs because you don't like the shift work, the hours, the things that go into your current job? Are you looking at changing jobs because you can't pay the bills, you can't make ends meet with the current job that you have? You need to look at what your expectations are and what you hope to get out of changing that job to make sure that you find something that fits all of your needs. Are you looking at changing jobs and finding a job that is more marketable in today's economy and what's out there which is a tough question right now. I get the question all the time. Can you help me find a recession proof career and I wish I had that crystal ball and I could do that. There is nothing that is guaranteed. Our strongest careers right now are things that are related to healthcare because unfortunately people are always going to be sick. Our second strongest career area right now are things that are computer related because we are very technologically supported in all aspects of life and we lean to technology greatly and I don't see us moving away from that. People are still being hired in these fields. So you need to think about the job demand, you need to think about what you need to live off of, you need to think about what your likes and what your interests are and what can make you happy and what can meet your needs for what you need out of life."
