"Hello! My name is Cavalo with Capoeira Maculele, Miami. In this clip, we're going to give you some tips on Capoeira fighting techniques and we're going to start with Ginga. Ginga is the basic stance in Capoeira. Second motion we're going to show is Martelo. Martelo is also widely known as Round House in Karate and different martial arts. The third move we're going to show you is called Chapa Giratoria. It's a very direct, very straightforward kick. So, a good tip for Ginga is to make sure you're well-balanced, and your center of gravity is very low to the floor while you swing left and right. Another good tip for Martelo is to make sure the leg you step in with is stepping in towards your opponent and make sure you get a good swift snap to the leg, and bring it back. Good tip for Chapa Giratoria is to make sure you target your opponent 'cos your body is going to be in a turning motion, make sure you see the person before releasing your leg. Once again, this has been Cavalo from Capoeira Maculele in Miami."
