Hello, my name is Cavolo with Capoeira Maculele, Miami. In this clip I'm going to give you some tips on the best Capoeira moves. I have my wife Monitora Venuz here to demonstrate. First we're going to do a Meia-lua De Compasso. One tip I have for that move, is always bend the front knee, once you step in. Enter, make sure this knee is bent, o.k, as opposed to extended. So you can get more of an extension of your kick, towards your opponent. The second move we're going to show you is called an Armada. A good tip I can give you on this movement, is once you step into it, Um, Um, Dois, and your body turns. Make sure you get full extension on that twist. If you're over here, you won't get as effective a kick. Make sure you turn your body and then release the leg. The last move we're going to show is called Quexada. And one tip I can give you guys on that move, is once you step into, chirok. This back leg steps as far up as possible, before you actually release. This way you're getting closer to your opponent and he feels the kick a lot more. Once again, this is Cavolo from Capoeira Maculele, Miami.
