Demonstrated excellent customer service by building rapport with customers, for example. Utilize customer sil, service skills to: whatever you did. Provided personalized customer service by...and then explaining that and one of my favorites is if you ever got a letter from a happy customer or a phone call to your manager, way you can talk about that is one of your accomplishments, the way that you stood out in customer service would be to say something like "recognized by customer for..." or "complimented by manager for..." and then explain, briefly, the situation. Please use variety in the words that you use to explain your customer service experience so that you avoid redundancy. I'm Shannon Terry, a resume writer and interview skills coach with Resume Confidence helping you to write a resume for a customer service position."
