"We are talking about buying a router for a laptop. There are three things to consider when you are looking to buy a router. The first is obviously your cost. In this day and age, who's not concerned with what you're spending. The second thing to consider is the compatibility. A lot of wireless cards don't necessarily have the ability to integrate with some of the security protocols and some of the SEC specifications of routers today. And the third thing to consider is the purpose. Are integrating a wireless network for an entire corporate infrastructure, or are you simply wanting a machine to be able to work wirelessly from your home. I have two examples of wireless routers. This particular router right here is more of an upper low grade router. This is about a hundred and fifty to two hundred dollar device and it does pretty well for a corporate environment. This device right here is more of the fifty dollar option. This is more something that you would use at your home or at a very very small business. So either one, or either option would be able to essentially do what you want to do. But really it's about how much you're going to spend, how does it integrate with your existing, and what's the purpose? What do you need it to do?"
