Step 1
Find a comfortable, flat place to lie down. This could be a bed, sofa or even floor with carpet. Take off clothing so that the Kalinka Massage Pad can come in direct contact with the skin.

Step 2
From a seating position, gently lower your back onto the Massage Pad so that you are lying directly on top of it. At first this may be slightly painful as the point touch the skin but within a minute this pain will have changed into a warm tingling feeling. If the pain is very uncomfortable or does not change to a warm pleasant feeling stop immediately.

Step 3
Remain on the Kalinka Massage Pad for as long as you feel comfortable. This can be as short at a few minutes up to a whole nights sleep. Continue to use the Pad several times a day for a number of weeks until your back pain has completely disappeared.
