"Hi, my name is Lawal McCray Senior, I'm the head football coach at Blanche Ely High School. We're located at Pompano Beach, Florida. How to become a football manager. First of all, what is the job of a football manager. The football manager is a very important piece to the overall function of a football program. One, they must be organized, be functional, must be able to get along and communicate orally as well as on paper. It's very important that a football manager understand the sacrifices that must take place to be a part of the program. So there's the time requirements. Many hours are spent in the equipment room organizing different equipment pieces, putting things in to the computer. In that note it's very important that if you have an interest in being a football manager, become very functional with computer software applications. Because in modern times it's very important that everything is kept in the computer on different types of software applications to track equipment. It's important the you have a general idea of how budgets are formed, how to use invoices. You will be in charge of ordering uniforms, or ordering equipment for the players. Also being trustworthy, being dedicated to your profession. Being trustworthy and dedicated to the profession is very important. One the head coach must note you know what you're doing. Have you gone and got some additional training, have you went and understood the sizing of equipment, do you know how to effectively suit up a player, such as helmet size, shoulder pad size. All those things are part of being a football manager. Now to become a football manager, you need to go and find out who's in charge. Of course it's the head coach. Talk to that coach, explain to him your desires, explain to him that you're willing to make the sacrifices and let him know the skills you've acquired such as are you efficient with the computer, are you efficient with budget concerns. Let him know that you're dedicated and willing to be there at all hours to get the job done."
