Easter Games for Toddlers

"This is Dr. Darren Adamson from Argosy University in Salt Lake City. I'm here today to talk to you about making Easter fun for toddlers. What kinds of games would toddlers enjoy that are associated with Easter? The first one that jumps to mind is an Easter egg hunt. Everybody loves a wonderful Easter egg hunt and that's, and toddlers are no exception to that. They love to run, they love to find things, they love to look up in trees, they like to look in bushes. So, having an Easter egg hunt where they can really search around and play, and have physical interaction with other toddlers is a great game for Easter. Others that they can do, they can help their parents to color Easter eggs. Probably don't want them dipping the Easter egg into a, into a dye because it might just spill and get all over the place. But you can have them draw with a wax pencil on the egg and then you as a parent could actually color the egg. They find great satisfaction in creation, creating things that are fun for them. Coloring is always a fun thing during Easter time because of the bring and vibrant colors so get some Easter egg kinds of pictures and a coloring book and let them draw on those. They can also build with Lego's, they can build Easter kinds of things with Lego's. They also can build or make little things that they can put on their heads that make them look like an Easter bunny. Along with that, they can dress up as an Easter bunny , they can jump around, play and have physical activity. That's the thing that most toddlers really enjoy. And those are some games at Easter time that would make a toddler's life very very happy."
